Meeting of the Knights of Columbus

St. John Vianney Social Hall 7:00 p.m.

OFFICERS ABSENT:  Roll call not taken.

Grand Knights Report:

• Larry announced we now have in our possession the flag that was carried on the helicopter Joseph Dolton flew on his missions in Iraq. Joe will be providing the Council with a Certificate of Authentication in the near future.

Treasurer's Report:

• $3,085 in general checking and $872 in FAF.

Financial Secretary Report:

• The 2008 membership cards should be available at the January meeting. Members that wish to pay their dues and receive the 2008 card may do so at the January meeting. This is encouraged as it will help the Council avoid unnecessary mailing charges.

New Business:

• A vote was held for Knight of the Year. The presentation will be held at the Christmas Dinner on December 15th.
• 30 Knights plus guests for a total of 60 to date are registered for the Christmas Party. Please RSVP as soon as possible if you plan on attending the dinner.

Committee Report:

• Update of Food Sales for November. Net profit is approximately $1,544.
