Meeting of the Knights of Columbus

St. John Vianney Hall 7:00 p.m.

OFFICERS ABSENT:  Bill Menousek, Ray Honaker

Grand Knights Report: 

• December 15, 2007, Saturday night, is the Knight's Christmas Party. Raffle for a needy family will be held. Couples owe $20.00 and $10.00 for singles. RSVP to Bart Braun or Larry Smith to get food count. Drinks will be at 6:00 pm, dinner at 7:00 pm.
• Finish laying pavers in rectory area, Saturday 8:30a.m.

Treasurer's Report:

• We will be working on the budget for next year. Our accounts are at $20,000.00 CD, $8,000.00 CD, $834.50 for FAF fund.

New Business:

• Keith explained our web site to everyone and how it is structured.
• Bart commented on the spaghetti dinners and when we will start again. More to come.
• Deli International is going well.
• We will try a Pizza Fund Raiser on Super Bowl Sunday. It will be half baked pizzas.
• Sign-up sheet to help serve meals at the Stephen Center went around, please sign up to help when you can.
• Win Lander is having a meeting for the Biloxi, Mississippi trip on Dec. 16, 2007.

Membership:

• Rob Jeltema reminded everyone to keep involved in council activities, events, and recruiting.

Youth Director:

• Thanks for kids going to Skutt for the Soccer Challenge and all the Knights and families who helped.

District Deputy:

• Bob Brown presented Grand Knight, Larry Smith, with the Double Star Award for our council.

Insurance Agent:

• Doug Kelly congratulated our council on the Double Star Award. Keep up the good work, and God Bless everyone!
